Galentines Day. What is this mysterious holiday you may ask? According to Urban Dictionary, Galentines Day is celebrated on February 13th, the other half of Valentine’s day, when you celebrate your love for your lady friends! Single or not. This originally came from the best tv show ever, in my opinion, Parks & Recreation! If you haven’t seen it, you are seriously missing out on the amazing Leslie Knope, and I insist you binge watch it on Netflix straight away!

I decided this year that because I am single, I would celebrate this holiday with my best friends instead of being miserable on Valentines Day. Me & my gal pals are getting all the junk food in, (cupcakes and cookie dough pizza I am looking at YOU!), binging on all the romantic films that make us either laugh and cry (hello pretty woman!) and we are going to celebrate with the fizzy stuff and just share the love for us girls!

I have in fact bought an amazing Galentine’s Day/Anti-Valentines Day card and have put together this fabulous lady loving playlist that I wanted to share with all of you! I know I definitely will be blasting the playlist this weekend and probably a lot at the gym now too! Kick Ass Ladies with banging tunes is definitely motivating for me!
